Those darn kids

Business week give pointers on how to deal with those darn "kids" (18-34) in the workplace. Now waitammint. Back when these chattering idiots wee talking about "Gen X", I was either too old to be "gen X", or barely in range. Did half the "gen X" people go Peter Pan and demand to be part of "gen Y"?
